In 1979, IBM of Peru hired College engineering students for the Customer Engineer Service area. There were only mainframes, no PC’s and the heavy toolbox included pliers, hammers, oil, etc. Literally, we walked inside the big computers to repair them.
In these more than 40 years of experience, I have been an active witness of the incredible technology developments.
